Yes. You get a basic 100 points per month on the Free plan, but full emotional interaction and long-term memory require the Standard plan or above.
You can upgrade to a higher plan, or — if you’re a Standard user — buy an add-on pack to top up instantly.
You can cancel anytime from account settings. The service ends at the close of the current billing cycle, and paid fees are non-refundable.
